Through our partnership with Payment Service Network (PSN), we are offering new features for online account management and payment options for our customers.
You now have the ability to set up a one time or recurring payment via checking, debit, savings or credit accounts. Once your PSN account is set up, billing and payment history will continue to grow, enabling you to look back at account and usage information.
Opting out of postcard billing is also available, simply choose to receive an E-Bill through your PSN account and GO GREEN.

The Lake Geneva Water Utility publishes a water quality report annually for its customer base which outlines the monitoring results of the most recent lab testing performed on drinking water provided to customers. We've provided a link to the Lake Geneva Water Utility's 2023 Consumer Confidence report here or a hard copy can be obtained at the Utility Commission Office, City Hall and the Library.

The DNR's annual drinking water report and interactive map highlight efforts to help public water systems provide safe and adequate supplies of drinking water in our state. Wisconsin's 11,000+ public water systems have a high rate of compliance with water quality requirements: last year, more than 99% met the health-based drinking water standards.
The DNR is responsible for implementing the Safe Drinking Water Act to safeguard Wisconsin's drinking water. Publishing these annual reports fulfills one of Wisconsin's obligations under the Act.

All City of Lake Geneva departments are now utilizing Nixle to send out information, prior to this, only the Police and Fire Departments utilized Nixle for alert messaging.
If you are a current subscriber, you do not have to do anything different if you would like to continue receiving alerts from all City of Lake Geneva departments.

If you wish to receive alerts from the Lake Geneva Utility Commission and the City of Lake Geneva Street Department: Text "lgstreets" to 888-777.
If you wish to receive alerts from the Police and Fire Departments: Text "badges" to 888-777.
If you wish to receive alerts from City Hall which includes the Mayor's Office, City Hall, Building & Zoning, Parking, Municipal Court and the Harbor Master: Text "lgcityhall" to 888-777.

Should you wish to submit an application to the Utility, please contact the Utility Office for additional information prior to initiating any plumbing modifications.
Depending on some Customer's water use patterns, there may be an advantage to look into installing a Water Only meter. Additional information can be found by clicking here or under the Water Utility page.
