Monday – Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
FOR AN AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCY - Please call the Lake Geneva Police Department at (262) 248 - 4455. Utility staff will be paged out and respond to all calls accordingly.

Our office is closed on Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thurs. & Fri.), Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve Day & New Years Day.
For Utility Emergencies during Holiday Hours, please contact the Lake Geneva Police Department at (262) 248 - 4455.
General Questions & Inquiries can be sent to the Utility Office and will be responded to by the first available employee.
